Information You Provide
Contact form submissions (name, phone, email) are delivered to office staff so they can respond. Please do not include detailed medical information in website forms; medical questions are best discussed during a consultation.

The website offers a voice assistant that answers general questions about the practice. Conversations are processed in real time by a third-party AI service to generate responses. The practice does not record or store these conversations. Please do not share personal health information with the assistant.
